- These lamps are
a true labor of love. I create them because I love the process:
- First, the design
of the glass, then the design of the case to compliment the glass.
- Many of the cases
have fifty or more individually crafted pieces, each made to
- precisely fit
into the whole. Even the wiring takes special design work, in
that
- the wires have
to be invisible in the finished project. I use some rare and
- exotic woods,
and all of my glass is carefully hand-picked for each
- design. Even the
color-temperature of the lighting is specific
- to each lamp.
Each design is unique and the patterns
- are discarded
when the project is complete.
